Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant, usually made in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Most of Mexico serves there tequila neat but here in the US most of us serve it as a shot with lime. Tequila can only be made in Mexico to be called tequila my Mexico law.
